♦ You can share an apartment with a friend / another OC.
Please state their name(s) in the reservation form as well. (Just one of you need to fill the form)

♦ You cannot buy multiple apartments for the same OC.

One OC per apartment only.

♦ If renting/buying a family-sized apartment, please state who's the one paying the bills in the Etc. section.

♦ Every apartment only allows two domestic pets. (Unless they are small ones like fish/hamsters etc. )
